Failed or blocked pictures
If a picture fails, times out, or is blocked by the safety filter, the credit (or your free picture for the day) is returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.
Unused credits: 14 days
When you buy credits you ask us to supply them straight away. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you then lose your right to cancel once you start using them. You can still ask for a full refund of a pack within 14 days of buying it if you have not used any of its credits. If you have used some, we refund the unused credits in proportion to the price you paid.
Pictures you are not happy with
AI results vary. If a picture is clearly faulty, for example corrupted, or it does not follow the style you chose at all, email us within 14 days with the date and time and we will return the credit. We cannot refund simply because a result was not to your taste, but your statutory rights are not affected.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days. The refunded credits are removed from your account.

Email hello@theaibarn.com from the address you sign in with, and include your Stripe receipt.
