About these terms
These terms apply when you use freepfp.ai, run by The AI Barn, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to them. Our refund terms and privacy policy also apply.
The AI generator
- You must be 18 or over to use it, and only use photos of people who are 18 or over.
- You need an account, which you open by signing in with your email address. Keep access to your email account secure. One person, one account.
- Each person gets one free picture per day while our overall daily free allowance lasts. The day resets at midnight UTC (1am UK time in summer). Extra pictures use one credit each.
- We may limit how often you can generate, and pause the service to protect it from abuse or excessive cost.
Photos you upload
Only upload a photo that shows you, or a person who has given you permission. Do not upload photos of children. Do not use the generator to:
- make sexual, intimate, degrading, defamatory or abusive images of anyone;
- impersonate someone, deceive people about who you are, or make images to mislead voters;
- harass, bully or threaten anyone;
- identify people, infer sensitive information about them, or for any surveillance or biometric purpose;
- infringe anyone's copyright or other rights;
- get around our limits, the safety filter or the bot check.
We may close accounts that break these rules, without a refund for credits used in breach of them.
The AI model and Black Forest Labs' terms
Pictures are made with the FLUX.1 Kontext [pro] model by Black Forest Labs, run by Replicate. By using the generator you also agree to Black Forest Labs' Usage Policy and FLUX API Service Terms, which set similar rules to those above. Do not remove or alter content credentials or other provenance information attached to results.
Your results
As between you and us, you may use the pictures you make for any lawful purpose, including commercially. We claim no rights in them. AI results are unpredictable: a picture may not look exactly like you, may contain errors, and may resemble other people's results. Check a picture before you use it and follow each platform's rules (for example, LinkedIn asks for a photo that reflects your likeness). Label AI pictures where a platform or the law requires it.
Credits and payment
Credit packs are one-off purchases taken by Stripe at the price shown when you buy. One credit makes one picture. If a picture fails or is blocked by the safety filter, the credit or free picture is returned automatically. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire while your account exists; if you delete your account, unused credits are lost. Refunds are explained in our refund terms.
The frame tool
The frame and resize tool is free and runs in your browser. We never receive the photos you use with it.
Availability
We try to keep the site working, but it depends on outside services and we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Digital content you pay for must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Changes do not affect credits you have already bought. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
